The jury:”The winner has created a shock-effect within its segment, by which both the brand and the whole category received a positive impuls. We are impressed with the big market-share that Kwekkeboom’s innovation realized within the snack-segment. Although the product innovation of Oven Snacks has a major share in this, its packaging has also been a big factor contributing to its success. The standing pouch and the colors used are distinctive within the segment and bold for a brand that successfully targets a broader audience.”
