Keeping Crisp For Hours –

A new coating by Crisp Sensation will keep fried products crisp for up to three hours in regular restaurant or supermarket holding units, says the Swiss-based company, which has operations in Singapore, Chicago and Manchester, England.

The technical process is suitable for all kinds of crumb-coated products which can be prepared by frying, baking, microwaving or grilling.
