Crispy coating technology provider taps new c.e.o.
GENEVA — Lucas Hendrikse has been named chief executive officer of Crisp Sensation Holding S.A., a Swiss-based provider of processing technology for coated premium foods. Mr. Hendrikse will lead the next phase of Crisp Sensation’s development plans, driving global commercialization of the company’s innovative crispy coating technology.
Mr. Hendrikse has extensive experience in the global food industry, having held various senior executive positions at Royal DSM, a global food and nutritional ingredients market leader, for the past 27 years. He began his career at Gist-brocades, a Dutch biochemical producer.
“His wealth of experience, combined with his entrepreneurial attitude and open personality make Lucas the perfect c.e.o. for Crisp Sensation,” the company said. “And with his passion for international business, he is experienced in complex deal making. We are excited to be working with him on the next phase of our journey.”
While Crisp Sensation largely has concentrated on building and optimizing its technology position, including securing a strong and broad patents base for its coating systems, the company said it now is ready to look to fill global demand for chilled and frozen foods.
